The best thing about it. There are no rules. Anything goes…
An easy and flavor success guaranteed method to get started is the "three layers principle":

We are on TV with ERNST KIRCHSTEIGER! If my parents could see me now. See 'Ernst' now. My mother and I used to watch his house renovations rigorously. There are no words for how much I wished she and I could have this moment together: she inspiring me to launch this little kitchen tool in the first place. I'd give anything to sit next to her now, watching Sweden's Martha Stewart- ERNST KIRCHSTEIGER - on Swedish TV admiring my so very humble creation dedicated to her, my father and all involved in the process...

Whiskey-Soaked Dark Chocolate Kyle Cake
RECIPE for four ÄGGCØDDLERs:
1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened, more for greasing four ÄGGCØDDLER
2 cups flour
5 ounces unsweetened chocolate
1/4 cup instant espresso powder
2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1 cup bourbon, rye or other whiskey
1/2 tsp salt
2 cups granulated sugar
3 large eggs
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1 tsp baking soda
Confectioners’ sugar, for garnish (optional)
First melt the chocolate. Then put espresso and cocoa powders in a mixing bowl. Add whiskey and salt; let cool. Using an electric mixer, beat 1 cup butter until fluffy. Add sugar and beat until well combined. Beat in the eggs, one at a time, beating well between each addition. Beat in the vanilla extract, baking soda and melted chocolate, scraping down sides of bowl with a rubber spatula. On low speed, beat in a third of the whiskey mixture. When liquid is absorbed, beat in 1 cup flour. Repeat additions, ending with whiskey mixture. Scrape batter into prepared pan and smooth top. Pour into the four ÄGGCØDDLERs (butter them beforehand) and boil in water for about six minutes. Let cool before serving, garnished with confectioners’ sugar if you like.
Cake-in-a-Cøddler à la Sussi
RECIPE for four ÄGGCØDDLERs:
25 g butter (room temperature)
2 tbsp cocoa
4 tbsp flour
4 tbsp sugar
1 tsp vanilla sugar
2 tbsp milk
Stir butter and cocoa thoroughly in a mixing bowl. Add sugar, vanilla sugar, ägg and stir. Then add the flour and milk. Stir until the mixture has a creamy consistency and no lumps. Add more milk if necessary.
Pour into the four ÄGGCØDDLERs (butter them beforehand) and boil in water for about six minutes. That amount of time will result in a sort of 'chocolate lava cake'. If you prefer them less sticky, boil them a bit longer.
Let them cool off a bit and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Also goes well with strawberries, raspberries, mangos, etc.
